well no. they're not "the devil" but they are seen as disgusting for their choices in humor and things of the like. my parents aren't the most strict people on the planet, but i wish they were a bit more accepting. it might make some things in life a bit easier to reveal to them. for example, sexuality. my parents are old-fashioned christians so they're some of the ones that believe (like i once did) that people of any other sexual orientation could not inherit the kingdom of god. i say i once did because i did believe this. how did my view change? when i more or less found out that i was bisexual and that denying it was keeping me from getting saved. however, i cannot tell my parents that i'm bi simply because of the fact that they would most likely treat it as a phase or a horrible choice when neither is true. it's not a phase and i did not choose to be so. god made me so for some reason, and i do not know why he made me like this. he just did.

well, first of all: i dont believe in God. I believe in the soul, and also that Odin is watching me for some reason.
Secondly: Christians had have and will always have one number one rule: Believe what i say or die. Many people are following that rule, not everyone of them is christian.

im very happy for you that you found that out for yourself, that you are quite happy with that result and that you can live in a balance with your own desires. that are very important things. I consider myself as Bisexual too by the way. Noone of my family knows. But i think they would be cool if i got a boyfriend all of the sudden.
my mum said once "you can't be gay, you had a girlfriend for way to long!" ... well, why teach her better, right?!

But if you got your private internet so you can write secrets you could also watch stuff your parents hate you to do. Just Saying. Yeah Futurama messes around with christianity a lot and god and stuff just like American Dad. Christians were never known for "laughing about theirselves"
you have to make up your mind about those stuff all on your own ^^ i can just say that i watched every episode of American Dad and Futurama, i went now mad and i laughed very hard a lot of times ^^
Thats the same thing as with Ponies i guess.
