There are so many wonderful splendid photos in your gallery - impossible to mark them all as favorites! I love the way in which you capture the naturality of nudity in nature, and you have an awesome sense for details - the nature of the place where you live seems a paradise, I can understand that you feel inspired! Well I hope the end of it comes soon as i am still bumping into walls etc...god it was rough water! And catamarans don't ride all that well and we had 2000 extra litres of water in big tanks on the bow...but I still love going to sea...must be a glutton for punishment!

I'll never forget my trip across the Red Sea shipping lanes. Sat at one side of the boat, i could see all sky then all sea! I reckon the boat was doin 45 degrees each way, with people falling all over the place! I thought a Cat would be more stable?

The trouble with the cat is that the two hulls can move on different waves at the same time so it can be bang bang bang or hop skip and wobble...I couldn't even go to the dunnee for ten hours because it was too rough to risk climbing the stairs even with the railings...we sailed 412 nauticual miles altogether...Oh how you would love the sharkies...but really gave me pause I had no idea just how powerful and lightning fast there can be...

Oh, another thing...following the 'Lee Major' incident, he spoke to me & long story short, every bit of karma he made 2 weeks ago has been well & truly purified & i'm over the moon to be friends with him & it's all brilliant xx

I am so very sorry about the loss of your kitty. The loss of a best friend is always so difficult. My eldest Roy, who is 18, is short on tenure for this earth, however, I take comfort in the fact that his life has been a blast in cat terms. He got to fly in an airplane, sail, chase fireflies, and do all kinds of fun stuff and in the process he was loved unconditionally and he even though he is now just skin and bones, his motor keeps a purring. I steel myself as to whether or not I'll have to make the big decision about him.
Mia, as usual, is stunning.
I hope you do get away in November...being a stowaway sounds exciting!!!

OH thankyou so much for that lovely message of condolence, Cheryl - your Roy certainly has a had a wonderful life, I hope it won't be too hard on either of you when the end comes. We all know that this is what happens with our pets, indeed with everything on this blessed earth, but some hit harder than others. Being alone makes one deeply conscious of the gift of an animal's love.
I should find out today about whether or not I am off to sea.
