- In Regards to Profile Guidelines
To understand what is a profile, these are the minimum requirements it must contain in order to be considered as such. For example:
Full Name [Nicknames are optional]
Age
Race [For non fantasy settings the term should be Ethnic Group]
Biographic Summary [BIOS]
Likes
Dislikes
Pictures that comply with at least 3 of these will be considered profiles and it must ALSO be organized, with each info separate from each, and not just make a text jumble bundle.
Quoting this from the rules journal . Though misposting a picture does NOT constitute any kind of sanction. It's just a matter of procedure so you don't need to worry if a misposting is made. It's actually fairly common

Now, to answer your question. There's some
key points we take on consideration for the profile folder

-Amount of characters: A profile normally has 1 character. 2 at most.
-Amount of different information provided in description: Refer to the quote above


In this case, this picture belongs to Single Folder rather than Profiles based on the fact that:

-This is mostly equipment and abilities information, not a full or partial biographic info
-It refers to just one character even if it has different personalities.
