try searching the propper portions of food your suppoused to get for breakfast,lunch,and dinner. I dont believe making a diets on salads and eating tiny bits help though.
the less you eat that your body actually needs the more fat it will store when you eat even if its in bits. :0
Its like when animals hybernate,storeing fat so they will survive without eating during their sleep then they wake up in spring and go back to eating what they need.

I found a good diet that won't remove energies to my body, but replaces complex carbohydrats (pasta, pizza, bread) with simple carbohydrats (fruit)... and I need to avoid milk-based things for the first 2 weeks... I lost 4 kgs without hurting my body!

I luckily don't like that much fast foods
But the sandwich shops we have here allow you to put whatever you want in a sandwich... and I sometimes can ask really brutal sandwiches!
The last time (before the diet) I took one (mind that they're twice a burger king burger!) with two hamburgers, cheese, an egg and bacon =W=
