Hello Henrik, 

I find your paintings charming, and am keen on how you will progress. 

Here's a tip I thought I'd share: 
It's evident from your paintings that you pay much attention to details, and that's good (and unsurprising for a surgeon).  
However, pick your subject. 
Instead of evenly applying small details to everything, 
apply the most detail to things you want to draw people's eyes to. 
Making that distinction will help focus your drawings.

Hi Vi..Thanks for commenting. You certainly have a point. Suppose it's a generel flaw for amateurs, that you tend to fill our every corner of the paper.On the other hand i kind of like the "illustration-like" effect it has on the painting..
By the way, like your birds - very skilled performed, and you are definitively much better to focus on the chosen subject..
