I know how hard it is, though, I was going into bewildering HREF codes before Antimo told me how to use the
:icon username: and :dev username: codes. (where username is the name of the person you want to feature) (there is no space between 'icon' and the username, it's one word, same for 'dev') They make it very easy to make all the avatar icons you see.
