well, she can see them just as well as neji, but he's a better fighter than her. its not preciceness, but being able to hit harder and faster. he is oneof the best hyuga ninjas in the village, so he should be good.

I believe that she can't see them pre-timeskip. She might very well be able to post-timeskip, although I would bet that she can't very well, but in the right circumstances and with some mental support (i.e. Naruto), I bet she could pull off 64 palms off perfectly. I just wouldn't have her be able to do it well off the bat.

nope. it's really minor. It just hurts when I put pressure on it. Originally, it only hurt when I supinated past 2:00. It's really annoying since I'm going to miss a lot of practice.
