Guys, we have a BIGGER problem...Again, NOT an April Fool's joke. This is VERY real - and if you do fanart, it's a threat to you.

Read page 4 of the linked document. In plain English, it says that if there is ANYTHING that resembles the work of a copyright holder (without licenses or permission), it (and you) will be taken down from the internet. Even so far as having your internet disabled. So far, I haven't seen a way anyone's posted (yet) to get signatures to stop this thing... but this is way more insidious than SOPA or any of that other stuff... it's a trade bill, not a law. It can be signed and passed in a heartbeat, and we'll all suffer the consequences. Please share this with everyone you know and with every fan artist you know! This NEEDS to be exposed and stopped!
And yes, if this passes, my previous post about the "fair use" changes will be null and void because this thing will be in its place. Scary. Very scary.
