As the administrator of that forum, one of my job is to stop art thieves. Hate to say it, but here in China most people have litte awareness of copywright. They just randomly found some good arts and use them without permission. They use other's commissions as their ownΒ avatar, and when I ask them to stop piracy they even raged: "Why can't I use this art? I like it and it's the internet! I'll use it anyway." Such action always result in an instant ban, but that's all I can do. They'll use the art in other places, and no one will stop them. Yes, I do feel powerless when facing art thieves. All I can do is to teach my friends about theΒ copywright and hope that they'll listen.

yeah, it must suck as an admin for that kinda thing. but if you let it al slip by everyone will do it and therell be no future for aspiring artists.
