Today? I'm glad I don't have to go out in the snow and sleet and I'm happy a tree didn't fall on my car as it was pretty close

here has fallen a great amount of rain last days. Some crops like cherries, nuts, walnuts, etc are damaged

I'm taking a bit of an advantage of the sun we've been getting here lately. I got a solar trickle charger for my car and installed it today

I think it's doing well, haven't had the engine have much of an issue starting up, so haven't been using it. I asked for a meter to detect it working for my birthday, but I didn't get that. Thanks for asking too, very nice of you
Ours is currently a mix of extremely sunny during mid-day and cold enough for a jacket in the evening....it's been odd. Certainly beats all the tornados that have been wreaking havoc around here though, can't really complain about it

Here is cool weather too. But, when you have tornados back there, we then are probably gonna have polar winter.

We're...somewhat close to Florida, but not close enough to be hit by any of this fortunately. I did have a friend not originally from the US who was in Georgia at the time and they got a 2 day power outage and no Internet, etc. But after that everything was pretty good. No structural damage as far as I know. Most of our extended family is above us or Texas (also not the part that got hit)

I did get to try out the solar charger today and the car started up a bit better than it did the day before. So I'd guess it's doing something

The storms are definitely gone, onto the heat, but I don't mind it too much. I don't know if you read the journal of mine, but I still feel sorry for how our manager was just thrown out of his position. Our new manager seems all over the place and not willing to do a lot of work that our previous one was willing to do.
Oh wow, back with the solar charger stuff from the last message. I have the solar charger stored under a desk now. I've gotten a new car and sold the previous one since our last talk. MAN is it nice to not have that old car anymore. This one has it's minute issues, but easily fixable and now that I've driven it for a bit and say put some foam by the mirror to keep it from shaking all over the place and such it's been a great little car.
I am working on getting a resume in good form to start sending it out. Hoping to get a full-time position and have an idea of where I want to apply. Hope all is well with you.

Haven't seen the journal, but see that you have done some changes until I was absent. What happen with manager my dear? here in Bosnia solar charging is something that is in beginning, so not everyone has it, and it is a bit expensive. I would love to have some of that, since it is ecologic. I also will be writing tomorrow and today the letters of contribution for sponsor firms, communities and foundations. I am low on money, I need something quick!

Well, our previous manager who was really nice and.....frankly smarter than our current one had just gotten a new house, gotten married, and had had his honeymoon. He then came back to work and found out that he was being kicked out of his current position.
What had happened was that one manager from another store (we're part of a large corporation) took over the position of another manager and that kicked her out and she had to go somewhere so they let her take his job. They told him (previous manager) that he could have his position back, he'd just have to go 2 hours away to take over another managerial position. He told them that wasn't possible so they gave him the position of fruit cutter as a part-timer instead of full-timer with a cut in pay as well. That's a heck of a thing to have happen to you directly after your life has been going on the up and up.
Heh, I don't think I have what you think I have. I believe you're talking about solar panels that go on houses and provide electricity to the home, something advanced like that. This is like a solar powered radio or solar powered battery charger. It cost around $30 and you can probably find them in stores near you. It was in an effort to keep my car working (ie life support). Whereas now I don't require it at all since the car just works properly.
I hope that works out for you. One of the things I do when cash is getting low is trying to sell stuff on Amazon. Bit of a long-term solution since you don't know when they might sell, but very minimal work for potentially big payoff.
