Alot of the gear is actually in-game...but I've used model viewer so much, I know what's what when it comes to gear appearance

That and I'd like to think I have a fair imagination when it comes to NPC design....if I do say so myself XD

Yeah I mean they would have needed a flash clone to create him anyway, thus they could have just let him occupy it, and since they never really said how long he was in blood gulch before he 'died', its plausable that he was in the body less than 2 months, after which a flash clone would have degenerated and died.
