Well, for starters, it's an OmegaVerse manga :T (I love it!!)
I'll leave the manga review, because I'm bad explaining :,v
Kuma(omega) is a punk who has a penchant for bears (get it, because his name is Kuma) and Hachi(alpha) is the young heir to a Yakuza group who likes bee related merchandise (because his name is Hachi). During a fist fight with each other Kuma goes into his first heat, and Hachi bites him, marking Kuma as his.
The second couple (last two chapters) is about Hachi's fiancé and Mitsurou (a high ranking in the yakuza group).

No matter if you are a fan of omegaverse or not, you should definitely read this. It's very good, and isn't too serious like other omegaverse BL :3

Emm about the kiss... well my boyfriend (he was my friend in that time) stole the kiss and I was very surprised.
You see, and I'm a little aggressive, and I fight a lot, but in that situation I couldn't, the kiss made me feel very very shy and he kissed me again and it was very embarrassing, I felt ashamed, after that I wonder what If I wanted to go out with him as boyfriends and I said yes...And that's how I got to have a boyfriend :v
