Well, I'm not so much around here because I'm a very busy person, but I
always try to be thankful with people who faved or comment my images.
I took a look to your gallery at least at bit, and I have to say you have a good using of colours working in traditional. I also read your F.A.Q and rules. It's such interesting in some points and I agree with you in some of them, especially in the "Sellout Artist". I don't like either people like that, especially if it's only for pure fame or for wanting even more than they already have. But well, it depends on the people, because of they situation and so, I mean. I mean, sadly these Websites forced you to draw pornographic material if you want to earn money especially if it is for necessity, and I imagine that not everyone could feel comfortable drawing many kind of these. Although, I'm not against people drawing this stuff - only people fame stickers and whore attentions.
To be honest, I'm a little confused that you faved my pictures (thanks a lot for it, btw!) stating that you don't like either people who has more works for others than own art. Basically I have a lot of OC's, but for personal issues I decided to not upload them, and I don't have any ideas for random personal art. I wouldn't submit either the Commissions, but I don't want to let this account or others too abandoned until I have the enough time to do more than I want...
Anyways! I like your way of colouring and how you draw bodies. (I faved one of your drawings about Pokemon, love it) and as I said, agree with your points.

Oh thanks for reading my F.A.Qs they normally scare most people away, but you are one of the few that actually read the whole thing and didn't walk away with calling me an asshole.
I've been on this site for too long, and I just see too many of those people wanting fame and drawing whatever is popular to do so.
Perhaps I should rephrase that "no personal art" thing.
I only meant it in the sense of people only having their galleries full of other peoples OCs via commissioned money.
And by that I go to the odd sexual fetish side unfortunately, seeing how that's what I see most commissioned used for nowadays.
People's personal OCs are fine, I mean I have alot myself.
But I'm glad you found one of my drawing to be very good, not to mention I'm glad you like the way I draw my anatomy, I can't tell you how many times my style was called out for looking weird.

I can imagine. People have their reasons to write many rules about their Art, and they should respect your points if you respect their rules. Sadly people usually don't respect at all. Probably that people don't understand your points. I do, because in some time ago I asked the same as you. With mine, I've been too much demanding especially in some points as... When you ask people to write or critique (in a constructive way) about your drawings, because you're showing something you do and you wait for the people who see your art their opinions, less RP. My pair had to make a Journal long time ago about that, because she was submitting her OCs and suddenly came to her via note or even in the image people starting RP, when she put the warning that she didn't make RP with nobody.

I believe you. I also know people who only continues drawing only for the fame, reaching the point to loose respect to their 'fans', because, you know... How could fans feel bothered if their idol is talking to them although in a bad way? Also to drawing pornography. As I said, a thing is for necessity, because you need money for any important reason for example and you know it's an easy way to have someone buying from you, and you can take advantage of it and practice bodies, poses... But another is only doing it to gain fame. A time ago I read in Fb somebody who literally said: I buy porn art, and I update porn art because it's the way I can fuck with the famous girl characters on the site, also because in this way I can be famous and get more and more. <- That's the thinking I don't like, if you know what I mean. Art is for enjoying, especially. And for work if it's necessary, not for focusing in only one theme for this cases and less because for that purpose.
I'm glad I found somebody who thinks the same as me. And I don't find your art weird and so, really. Ignore people who tell you those things or people give you bad or very negative comments about your style.

Yeah, I completely understand that disgusting feeling you get fro those people who only draw smut for "Fame"...
I greatly agree that drawing some more provocative things is a wonderful way to improve one human anatomy, I did that myself and I like to think that I improved somewhat.
But when you see someone that only does it for fame that's when I lose respect for that artist.
I know sometimes you have are it's easy to attract commission is you allow yourself to draw smut, but like you said when bills need to be paid, you'll have to draw something naughty for the sake of of living.
I know some people say that draw smut "for fun" but after a while you'd think they'd want to move on to another subject to draw.
It's just, I've been deep within the NSFW crowd and I use to think they where nice people, until I saw how demanding they where and how little they cared about the artist themselves or their well being.
So long as they crank out some smut that's all they care for...
But I am happy you enjoy my work.
I know I don't update very often as I struggle with motivating myself to draw, but hopeless you'll enjoy whatever comes up next.

Yes, I saw it, although it's disgusting for many people, sometimes is one of the best ways to improve the anatomy.
Actually, I don't know when people often get angry or seems that see provocative images bothers them, when most of
the cases they aren't made to bother someone, like yours. For that, the best way is ignore them and wait other people that
could appreciate it better.
But, the same. I told you about that person, and believe me, from how this person or similar treats others, how they show off in
a bad way and how they look for fame... Lose respect for that artist, too. They make me thing that they only draw to get some attention
-pure attention whore, and not because they really like to draw.
Yes, you said that. I like to draw several things, but being honest, it's a little sad that pornography it's the only thing that gets more attention
than other things, to the point some commission can cost you more than 1.000$ just because it's pornographic, sometimes very simple,
and it's unfair that with others kind of works you can't gain much money. I don't like this balance, actually. Art should be value not only
in this way, but the effort and so. Also, for you told me. I've never find fame good because it blind the person, and sometimes like you said,
they don't care about anything else.

I've very glad someone other then me noticed the vicious cycle of the porn artist.
I pointed this out to many other but of course since my luck is shit, I was attacked because of pointing it out.
Very few actually read what I said, and actually agreed with me, everyone else didn't want to hear it.
I just find that it's sad how many upcoming artists just resorted to drawing porn for the sole propose of gaining some attention.
You know the art scene is bad when porn is the only way to get people to "care" about you work...
But I'll send you some of my new work when I finish it, hopefully I can get something posted by the end of this week.

I don't think your luck is shit, I think you only find people who don't share the same thing like you
or people unrespected that don't try to respect or understand the point of view of other people. And they're a lot.
And sometimes is fine to know how other people think about many themes, and this one is especially interesting
to deal with and discuss it. It's something very common, actually. Or at least it seems like that.
Probably it could be because of the way you try to explain your reasons, because it is clear that this bothers you a lot,
and probably unconsciously you put anger in your words. And people can feel it in any way, I think.
Pff... I know it very well... And really, is much better to make what are you doing because you love it,
not for gaining some attention and so, but as you can see, it seems people is much interested to gain fame
and attention over the others before to value their abilities or improvement. And it's very sad in my opinion.
But as you said, art porn is one of the easy ways to get people 'care' about your work, yep...
