I'm really interested in knowing how the hell you're going to justify to me, how anyone, has a right to paint/draw/destroy whatever the hell they want on other people's property. So what if party B enjoys everything looking like shit? Maybe party A doesn't like their tax dollars they put into making bridges and paved-ways being destroyed. The Dictionary describes Graffiti as:
1. (used with a plural verb) markings, as initials, or slogans, written, spray-painted, or sketched on a sidewalk, wall of a building or public restroom, or the like: These graffiti are evidence of the neighborhood's decline.

-The Dictionary says nothing artistic about graffiti, other than it was evidence of a neighborhood's decline; now, I know that that was just an example and that saying graffiti is not defined as a declination of (a) neighborhood, but seeing as it's there... well, it humorously proves my point.
Graffiti is another form of advertising. Art simply isn't about advertising. Sure, some advertising campaigns use art, but it isn't Artvertising.
Example: The irony of it all, is I don't have to say anything to prove I'm right.
Remember your graffiti picture you posted, the one that says OVEN? That's advertising your name. It's your name. You might as well have spray-painted "Toaster wuz h3r3." Same thing. Who cares if Toaster was under a bridge at 3am hiding from the cops to do something he knows he wasn't allowed to do? No one but Toaster!
A true artist does not need to put there stuff permanently on public property without anyone's permission,to get a little attention. It's immature. Only simple-minded people, destructive and/or rebellious persons would spray paint, and again, destroy things that are not theirs.
And actually, it was more of a "Damn, she's got a point" than hatred, that really irritated you.
Also, only part of this is "opinion." You think it's okay to put whatever you want wherever you want, and I don't. You don't think you're being destructive, and I do (graffiti indicates crime; ask anyone. Implied or not. And the majority of the people that don't like things looking like shit will agree it's destructive. Not having permission alone is destructive. Aside from the fact I think it looks like crap. No matter how you look at it bub, it's destructive. If someone doesn't like it, it upsets them, it's destructive).
And if you work, apperently you like spending your tax dollars on things so people can trash them, causing you to pay more to have it replaced or covered up. I don't.
I sure as hell have better things to do than spend 5$ on 5 cans of spray paint to tag something no one gives a shit about, or won't be inspired by it. If you want to inspire someone possitively, then give them something harder to shoot for. Not fancy lettering. However, atleast you can write English at a 10th grade level.
The day a graffiti tag becomes as artistic as the Sistine Chapel is the day hell freezes over. Oh look there's your chance, a shooting star.

Don't you have better things to do than spend your time destroying people's property? How can you look at graffiti and actually think something other than "Man, that really makes this look like shit now"? You enjoy destroying stuff so much why don't you make a room out of plywood to put your garbage all over? It's not art when it's illegal or destroying things that don't belong to you. Maybe if your graffiti and ugly tags meant something beautiful, something inspiring, then people wouldn't hate it so much and they'd actually enjoy looking at it other than other people who do the same thing: get stoned, listen to 'gangsta rap', and talk about how they are "true gangstas"...
