Of course! I'll need to know what type of story you're writing..
What's the main theme of the story? and how do you picture the big view for the story you want?
(ex: A fantasy about a swordsman who has to protect someones life etc etc)

You could try the theater stage or somewhere more acoustic perfect place.
Or if you prefer somewhere more in a romantic privacy sense, the woods are nice. Like a clearing or a garden with soft lighting.
Oh, is it something like asking the OC to sing live like in the cafe or stage? Let me know some more details.
By the way i think about Leo pressuring the OC, it's more like persuading or showering compliments and the OC keeps refusing until Leo finds a weak point
for the OC to finally accept. Leo then sets up the location for the OC to sing for him.Β
Sorry if i seem to break the story. Though seems mainstream, i think it's more engaging if there's some sort of argument between Leo and the OC till they find conclusion.

You can try writing what you think is comfortable first, then add or edit once you're finished.
Think about the scenarios in your mind and write them as you go.
I tend to do that instead of doing overall mind mapping in a sketchbook. But, if it's a big project, i might need some sketchbook help

Mine is usually from musics (you can tell from the titles of my stories 
You could try finding what's comfortable and inspiring, then write it down.
It's hard to write two series at once - feels like splitting the head for their purposes.
What kind of story is it? Maybe i can be of help.

This might sound crazy, but when i feel like my brain is preventing me from imagining,
i listen to the song all day without stopping.
It sort of helped me get the feeling i want for the story.Β
I read your "Undisputed" story and get a glimpse of what it looks like.
Since it's introductory first chapter, you could try drawing a scene where the OC is getting to know with the party members first.
Then, the Ocean Eyes comes when the OC is talking with Adam or someone else in your mind. The song itself
is serene, so it might be a melancholic scene where the OC getting attached to the person.
I might try to add some more, but i think this is what comes to mind when i see the bigger picture of the story.
You could try adding some elements of humor or tension in between the first conversation. But, keep the Ocean Eyes part melancholic
because it's attachment scene.
I'm still not sure i give the best advice, so let me know if i miss something. ^^
