It's been there for awhile.
I'm not just changing my name because I feel like it. Promise. I just... I feel so much more comfortable with that name. It feels more like my name than any other name has so far, even my birth name. I guess I just don't see why my name should be dictated by a piece of paper. It's not a ridiculous name like Slasher or Rose or something. It's a perfectly normal name and I feel so much more comfortable with it.
Please don't think badly of me for it. It just feels like my name.

In my writing, their tends to be a character that shows up who's me without limits placed on her personality. As I've said, writing is where I can express myself, my emotions, and my opinions. Well, she's my personification of me. Her name's changed over the years because I couldn't find one that fit. But I think this time around I found it. She's who I am.
But to answer your question, yes. That is her name. And it fits her better than any name I've ever given her.

I'm "alright"...I'm figuring out just how skewed my perception of normality has become. It scares me. I'm not clean anymore. T's sister is having surgery to remove a tumor on her brain on Tuesday. She's 10. Then she goes into chemo, and T is gonna shave her hair off for her...another really close friend of mine is having serious relationship issues. I'm having to be the strong one, and I'm not.

Almost tonite, but not. Wednesday. After youth group. She held me so tight that I still have bruises on my ribcage. Then my mom freaked on me when I came home for being insensitive that the cat got out and she couldn't find her. I couldn't take it. They aren't bad. They'll be gone in a few days. Snowball. Well...more like the last little thing that made me snap. And no. I'm not. It's honestly as much for cleansing (because my body is fucked at the moment) as it is for everything else, but I'm sitting at the front end of a two-week liquid fast.

Sweetie... You're better than this. Don't eat for yourself. Eat for everyone who's depending on you to keep them holding their heads up. They need you to be there for them. And if you weaken yourself, emotionally or physically, you can't be there for the people you want to be there for. You won't be strong enough.
