The animators changed the style and made it look SO MUCH BETTER than the past series. It's a lot more detailed.

Ah. I wouldn't say that.
I've seen an anime where the style was just annoying to look at.
The female characters' waists were just thin as twigs (I'm being quite literal here) and their breasts were about as big as bowling balls.
The males were wayyy too tall and thin and looked like skeletons.
But I don't see why people wouldn't want to watch Hetalia just because of its style.
Hetalia has such a realistic style compared to almost every other anime.
Even the eyes aren't gigantic and absolutely obnoxious, even on the female characters. And (not counting Ukraine) the female characters have normal breast sizes. ._.

yeah, i've seen anime's with the absolute worst styles. But even if Hetalia had some irregular shapes, it's still a great anime. and that's what i like about Hetalia, its kinda normal compared to others.

And it's hilarious. I mean, most animes do have funny parts, but all most animes are about is just action and fantasy put together.
And girls with big boobs. You can never find an anime that doesn't have every female character set with a large rack.
Except Hetalia. Ukraine is just, yeah, okay, but it's not EVERY female character. Hima didn't get carried away when he was creating the designs for the female characters.

That's exactly why I fell in love with it! and Ukraine only has big boobs is 'cause the country has big hills ! And the men and girls actually look like people from their countries! It also helped me in History, hehe

My thoughts exactly~
I was already a major History nerd even before I got into the series, which is why it was perfect when I found it!
I even locker-spammed one of my friends on her birthday at school by sticking a Prussia paper-child I made inside her locker, then also sticking a note in there that said:
"You have been locker-spammed by the awesome Prussia!
Let us hope and pray to God he didn't steal your math homework."
And also, one time in History when we were studying Europe, my teacher handed out a worksheet with a map of Europe that told us to label each country in Western and Eastern Europe.
Well, everyone got one, but I got an extra and-
I didn't tell my teacher.
And I doodled a picture of France (the character) pulling Britain (the country and character) closer to his country with a rope.
And yeah.
It was a fun year. I don't even know what I'm gonna do next year...
