OK - you go to the picture you want to show and you copy the link called 'thumb' and paste that. To show who they are you right click on their icon and copy and paste from properties the alternate text. Both the picture and the icon should have :&: on either side of the text.

I put everything into a word document first and make it tidy and then copy and paste all into new journal entry. You can preview your journal before you post it.
