well im in college for it right now but yes i prefer custom modifications over actual repairs simply put i like to make things go fast! yay

LOL... If I could I would!! I know the basics and stuff. I can change old hoses, change my own oil, recognise when things go bad/break - but I so want to customize my car. And apparently, it just happens to be one of those cars that ppl. are modifying STILL! My car is a 92 toyota Paseo. ebay has ALL kinds of great stuff for my car. If I had the knowhow I'd get a scoop, paint it, and chrome that badboy up!...lol.

me i like making it go faster first rather than looks
well seems like you are ahead of 90% of the population most people cant even change their own oil lol

shopping on ebay you have to be careful

u live somewhat close it might almost be worth doing a trade of some sort

depending on what you wanted there is only so much i can do without a garage

too bad it isnt a diesel like my car i much prefer working on them and mine gets 55mpg

yep thats why i got a diesel i drive like 600+ miles a week plus the 400 mile each way drive back home once in a while i got it cheap too and they are also much cheaper to make faster too

No kidding! I thought they were harder of fuel. Who knew!! So, have you topped out, and at what speed? LOL, I can do 120, but then the car shakes really bad past 80...LOL

mine is stable at 120 thats the fastest i have had it have to be careful since there several colleges here and there are a ton of cops every time i open it up i see headlights and dont know if it is a cop so yea it will top out at 180 or so i think since i put a 6 speed transmission in it

the thing that makes gas engines more expensive is that you have to change internal parts most of the time but diesels you dont have to unless you get crazy diesels you just put a tune and bigger injectors in it

i have put $300 in actual performance upgrades and have doubled my hp
