DDD THAT'S LITERALLY A VAPOREON NO OFFENSE jdhggjs maybe try something different with the head, different placements of fins and different more 'elegant' lookin body proportions ? just a few suggestions !
i could try to make some siren concepts too... along with more of that sharkcat idea we had a few weeks back >:0c also that clem is super adorable !!! <3 sorry for not responding earlier i was really really tired ;;;

well yeah it's not exactly a vaporeon but it's just very close to one imo >'3c but it's fine, it's still pretty cute ! maybe if we have sharkcats like 'demons' of the sea, the sirens could be more like 'divines' of the sea ?? and the dholines (fishdogs) are equivalent to mortals... like they wouldn't be part of the tribes because they weren't created by the keepers but i mean in attitude and stuff. the sharks would be big and ruthless and the sirens would be more alluring and sneakily bad like the ones in mythology

that depends ! for animations synced up with audio i use adobe flash cs5 but nowadays i use clip studio paint EX much more because it's nicer to draw in :'>
