I can understand you though. I just picked that feather picture, because the angles as well as the colors of both images fit and as I am a pretty lazy person it came in very handy

fed up with painting it, I actually did it for a friend and it was his idea/task to do a still life with a criticism against fastfood and fruit, dunno how to describe it, however he chose those objects and the metmorphosis as an expression for..., uhm, yeah, hehe

whatsoever, I'm fed up with painting it, because there are many things I could have done better but I get bored pretty fast with still lifes and I apparently did a good job for my friend already.

Thank you kindly for the devwatch, my friend! I have to say that I love your featured deviation the most.. I noticed that you drew that actress a couple times.. I must say that it's a wonderful choice of person to draw. She has such distinctive and quirky features that make her an interesting character to draw and a challenge to capture a likeness.. But I must say that you tackled it wonderfully, especially in that Painter 7 piece. Well, thanks again for the devwatch, my friend..

thanks for the comment, you're right about the ears, but it wasn't really my fault as the reference photo was blurred around her ears and also some parts of the hair, you can recognize it in those sloppy hair strands near her ears, I could've taken another reference for her ears to substitute them though. the fingers are a bit too big in general, but you're also right about the nails (especially her right hand).
