thanks for comment, I also like the picture. I think the outcome is kind of natural. I'm not saying that that's the way all the pictures should look, but nowadays, as everyhing should look and feel so very 'boosted' and oversaturated, the simple and plain reality works kind of nice as an effect too .

Thank you for your nice comment on "Dimension Green". It is - in fact - a very simple photo, but it's one of my "personal favorites" too.

Woohoo! more comments from you. Wow, thank you so much for sharing your thoughts. You're so neat! I'm so happy you're finding shots you like. I'll be by here often... leaving comments and the odd story, and I mean odd, and you can't blame me because you started it!!
(PS. You can call me Julia if you like.)

thank you so much for sharing your thoughts on the grand piano -picture. i appreciate that. i agree on the same minor-faults you mentioned, that's why i think it needs another try...
i can't remember why he doesn't have shoes but i think it was to just fit better with the style, shoes are so big an ugly, and the picture so fragile...bare feet are vulnerable.
thank you again

good golly!
When i first came to deviant art I had five pieces, they weren't good at all. The talents on this site inpired me to stretch myself, to get off my duff and create. So i did. Some pieces in my gallery feel like relics. It hasn't be long, a few months, but it's been an enternity of growth. You went through my gallery backwards... which was very educational for me. It makes me remember what i was thinking and planning way back when. thank you so much for that, and for being very supportive and thoughtful with your comments. I appreciate it a lot. Of course now I think you're insane for going through my gallery so thoroughly, but a good insane.
I really like your work, you have a good eye and I'm liking abstract more and more and you have some appealing pieces.. and if you hadn't guessed already i really love "blowing grass" it's wonderful. I can't wait to see more from you, well techinically I can since I really have no choice... but I can be very very persuasive *gets out her baseball bat* (then realizes she doesn't have one). So get back to work!
Okay, it's 3:30 am and I should get some rest but I really wanted to say thank you... THANK YOU!!
you're so nice.

Thanks, Aaron. Glad to be here. ...I needed some serious butt-kicking to get back into the artistic state of mind.
We'll see how the abstract stuff gets received, once I get around to it...
...And I'm glad you noticed me, Nostrom! I was afraid I'd get lost in the din of your fans. Good to hear there should be more photography coming from you in the future!
