Was wondering, do you have a base glitter colour? Like one glitter colour for the entire thing then you add the different colours on the top? Or is each section its own glitter colour? Weird question =S

I start of with painitng the pop art with just a black marker or something other black.
Then I ususally started of with either silver or gold glitter glue, just to start of. The second layer i started with the different colors. Didn't think too much about blending.
Then the third and fourth layer is more for blending the colors together. I found it easier to use a painting brush to blend with.
