Oh and would it possible to add some physical attributes for our Esk? (more Whiskers for the Aquatic ones or add more plants for example?)

Yes, more traits (such as more plants, colours, and markings) can be added by spending points at the Energy Exchange [updated].
You didn't forget anything for your starter design though, the aquatic morph doesn't have antenna. (and you did include whiskers, which is required for the morph) So it's all good!
