The last few years have been, really, really, very busy ... But now, I started university, and I'm more charged than ever! I'm attending the Faculty of Psychology, a cartoon school, and driving school ... But I want to always find the time to come back here and post my improvements and especially to talk with you all
Then ... I'm doing some work part time (I gave drawing lessons) to put some money aside, and despite several lodges private life, lately seems to go smoothly, all for the better
* here is the famous last words, children began to scream, and the world went out into the darkness *
Ahahahah anyway, I'm really so happy to hear you're fine... What's a foreman? Sorry for my bad eng there are things that do not change over time ahahah Yesterday I started a campaign with a new game system very similar to D&D, is called "Dimensioni", and with the setting of Glennascaul... Seams really so cool

sounds like you are doing great.
As for myself, i ve been gre4atly depressed lately, payment is fairly good but job condition and laboral enviroment are horrible.
A lot of mediocre people. Unworthy chief of department. Lazy ass partners. And imbeciles co workers.
I m getting sick, literally, is starting to tax on my health, and is pretty tiring.
I miss having free time to draw.

Whoah, I really understand you, that was exactly how I felt in the last years. Trust me I know I felt empty and life seemed to slow down. Sometimes for no reason or occasion. And this mood made me look and feel older than my years When the rest of the world seemed to be enjoying life, I could only see it through black glasses. Activities that usually brought me pleasure, suddenly ceased to. Also with people, so my biggest fear was being found out. I worried that people would judge me. So I invested vast amounts of energy into covering this mood up.
Keeping up an emotional lie is exhausting, and this kinda depression make me think and say negative things, make me irritable and difficult to be around and would take my love and bury my intimacy. I woke up every morning with highly repetitive and negative thinking, and seemed like I loved remino myself how exhausted I was going to be the next day.
Having this vision of the world in your life isn’t so much about feeling a bit down, sad or blue... at its worst it’s about being devoid of feeling altogether. Eventually I felt totally isolated from everything and everyone. When you lose all joy in life you can begin to question what the point of it is. Thankfully this was the time that I sought professional help. This was my first step towards recovery and a major turning point in my life
I learnt that it doesn’t matter who you are, this condition affects millions and millions of people; it is an equal opportunity mongrel. I also learnt that there was no silver bullet or magic pill. I also learnt that being emotionally genuine and authentic to those who are close to you, can be an absolute game changer. Most importantly I learnt not to be afraid of this condition, so it’s important to learn how to quiet your mind.
It’s been clinically proven that regular exercise can be as effective for treating mild to moderate depression as antidepressants.
So go for a walk or a run and leave the mutt behind. Keep a mood journal; getting your thoughts on paper can be cathartic and often insightful
Also keep track of the things that you have to be grateful for.
The most important thing to remember is that no matter how bad it gets… if you take the right steps, talk to the right people, these darn sad days can and WILL pass.
I wouldn’t say that I’m grateful for the situation I passed, but it has been an incredible teacher. It forced me to re-evaluate and simplify my life.
I learnt that rather than running away from my problems it’s better to embrace them. I’ve learnt through knowledge, patience, discipline and humour that the worst depression can be made to heal. If you are in difficulty, never be afraid to ask for help. There is absolutely no shame in doing so the only shame is missing out on life.
Sorry, I dind't want to break your balls, it's just that... Last year, while I was at a volunteer center for Alzheimer's patients, came a laughter Yoga Leader to make therapy with patients. So, I discovered what was the Laughter Yoga. So, some days ago I followed a course to become Laughter Yoga Leader, so... I'm certified from the laughter yoga international university, so that means I have successfully compleated the required training, developeling skills pf unconditional laughter based on Hasya Yoga and gaving the knowledge of 'Inner Spirit of Laughter' as initiated and taught by Dr. Madan Kataria, the fonder and the candidate for the Nobel Prize for Peace 2015. I know that there are free Yogic Laughter clubs around the world, I suggest you just to hear about the philosophy of these discipline. I can explain you, but I think it's better if you check by yourself www.laughteryoga.org/english and when you want.
Oh, of course, whenever you want, I'm here.

i admit i can easily relate to what you are saying. and i m not sure if i m just nagging but, when your job becomes the place you spend more time than home or any other place, with people that deliberately shun you not because of they deliberatedly hating you but because of the hostile work enviroment they have created for themselves.
I say i can relate with what you are saying because most of it is true. I have stopped from being myself, not because i m afraid of being judged but because that is quite tad dangerous among a lot of backstabbers.
and don't worry, psicology was one of my focus back in college so you are not breaking my balls. I'm mostly aware of all the things that are making me unhappy i jus haven't found a way through.
Thank you for your words and i hope we can keep chatting in the future.
