Occupation: She works as a waiter sometimes, and a delivery girl. Meaning she works at a restraunt serving people. Or she drives around delivering food.--->Powers/Abilities:She has the ability to control water, but she has to have some form of water nearby in order to do so. She cannot create it out of thin air. She mostly uses the water to heal, not hurt. If she uses it to hurt, she will freeze it before doing damage. Her necklace her mother gave her turns color depending on how her mood is. If she is mad, sad, or just plain upset, the necklace will turn an icy blue, amplifying her power. It if is red, this would be from exaustion or such, and it would nullfiy her power. Leaving her helpless. Green is the neutral color. Meaning it will do nothing.
Flaws/Weaknesses: -She cannot use her powers without there being some form of water around her, if she is away from water, or is without her small jar of water shes out of luck.
-Lightining or some kind of electricty, since water conducts it, she can be severly hurt if coming in contact with anything electrical.
-Terrible with close combat fighting, shes only good with ranged attacks.
-Can easily be caught off gaurd if someone "Acts" like they are innocent. Example, say she was about to attack someone and they asked to be forgiven in a very serious manner, she will let them go.

-Any cute animals like cats, or puppies. She doesn't care too much for big dogs.

Then she usually changes to a dark purple normal shirt with a dark blue jacket. Jeans and normal black sneakers. As of right now she wears black sandals with the dress she wears.
Background: She is basically a normal child that lives in Japan. She went to school for most of her life and picked up some "magic" if you wish to call her ability that, in her later years. Although it wasn't really needed she thought it was pretty cool. She had problems in school like normal, terrible grades here and there. Her worst subjects were possibly history and literature, since history was "boring" to her, and she was terrible with remembering what she read sometimes. Of course she moved out at 18 and began working a job at a local ramen restraunt, and became a delivery girl there. As for her second job she works as a waitress. Although she doesn't enjoy the outfits all that much. But hey, it helps pay the rent doesn't it?--->Personality: Although she seems to be nice she also has a rough side to her. If a friend she will be extremly caring and willing to be by your side till death. She will probably even jump infront of a bullet for you. Not one to leave someone be if they are upset or whatnot, if asked for help, she will do all she can to help the person in need. As for the ones who upset her, she does hold grudges, unless you give her a reason to forgive you. She will always try to avoid contact with the person she has a problem with, and if she cannot she will argue with them. Showing no mercy. She also has a tendancy to subconciously freeze her surroundings and speak in a harsh icy tone if angered.

You have been out of it for quite a long time. Your left hand is covered in a cast like thing Carnifex made for you. You hear a familiar voice and slowly turn around. Your face isnt that visible since your hair is covering it. Your tone is not angry, but instead sad.
