I've got the same problem, sometimes.
seems every day I feel I have to post SOMETHING in order to get any new feedback.

Sometimes, anyway. other times I keep getting "questions, questions, questions"
so many questions on what I am going to do with THIS story, and how long until I update it.

Has it influenced 'Tales of Prince Onyx' in any way?
because looking back, I kind of see some similarities (mainly in King/Emperor Gryffin's behavior, and the way he runs his kingdom/empire.)

The one thing I remember of GoT is a joke I read in a Marvel Comic,
where (during a battle) Iron Man asks Thor if he's ever seen 'Game of Thrones' saying: "It's a lot like Asgard..only it has Dragons and Sex."

THEN, something hits Thor, and Iron Man shouts "HOW ABOUT "MAD MEN!!?"


Not sure if you find this funny, but it gave me a chuckle for the references alone.

I am often confused at his name (Gryffin, right??)
but, he makes for a believable villain. a guy people just LOVE to hate.

his cruelty and sadism made it easy for me when I wrote my fanfic.
particularly in showing the psychotic/sociopathic nature of my character Scarlett in a more positive light
(My fans ALWAYS love it when my villain characters torment or kill other villains.)

He is also a good polar opposite to the Griffin King from the other story I read, The Monster of Canterlot  by drnkntst
in which said Griffin was named "Gurfon", and was like an uncle to the human child (named Chris in that story)


If I didn't know any better, I would swear Gryffin was Gurfon's evil self from a Negaverse.



While on the subject of questions gone unanswered, I never did get a response from you when I spoke of Ursagryph's
while obscure creatures, they are clearly another sub-species of Griffin. having a Bear body type, instead of a lion.
(though, take your time with whatever opinion you have. I wouldn't want to seem nagging.)


For a more straight-forward answer on the Griffin Emperor: yeah, I don't like the guy too much.

I don't know what you plan on doing to him in your story (the CANON Prince Onyx universe)
but, I have my own ideas on what I can do to the guy in my own fiction.

I am leaning towards my character Helix forming a pact with a disgruntled Griffin soldier to get rid of the tyrant ruler.
and, make my own reference to a show I like with Helix destroying Gryffin's palace, and forcing him and his loyalist into hiding.

the act alone would have Helix gain some favor with both Equines and Griffins alike.

the final fate of Gryffin, I won't say..but hint at with this line of dialogue.


 Helix: "Once you were a king..NOW, you are a slave. and, I am your master."


Frankly, I like to think Prince Onyx would be happy with how things will turn out.

Ursagrif are kinda weird But I do not dislike the idea. 

About the gryphon Emperor I just caN,t wait to show you all what will happen...let's just say that if there an end to my story it will be because og him. (SO far I did 75% of the story.)

You may also be pleased to hear that as I have just posted the final chapter of my miniseries 'Death & Rebirth'
(and, have yet to get started on my main story anyways)

I have more time to focus on 'The Visitors' entirely.
SO, you should see an update on my Prince Onyx Fanfic very soon (assuming all goes as planned, that is)

That's exactly what the majority of Americans felt when Barack Obama was reelected as president for another five years..
Despite being a lazy moneybags who seems to WANT other countries to hate the United States.

It's no longer a "race" thing, anymore: Dude has NO IDEA what he's doing.
