The Balloon Pokemon
It has large friendly eyes, and it sings a pleasant song.

This Jigglypuff in particular learned her talents of singing thanks to a small group of kids. However, much to her dismay, someone has yet to actually understand it, as everyone who listens to her songs winds up falling asleep. (She doesn't seem to understand it's not their fault) Now, thanks to a special device she's found that'll help her travel between universes, she's traveling the multiverses to find someone who's able to listen to her songs.
While she can be very sassy most of the time, there's not a single evil bone in her body. She'll go to any risk to protect those she cares about, especially her marker-microhphone, Mic-y. She tends to think of herself as the huge star she aims to be one day, and will often throw herself in the face of danger with a song at the ready without thinking.))
