sure thing! hes a really nervous, shaky, paranoid little thing. hes very solitary, thinks everyone is out to get him, very squirrely and jumpy, moves around very quickly n stuff, stutters lots when he speaks
hes participating because of the very persuasive threatening of a certain shifty aipom and meowth pair looking to make a quick buck or two with betting.
id appreciate any information you could give me about ruby as well!! lemme know if you have any more questions, id be happy to answer

RUBY IS TERRIBLE i feel really bad for volar ahaha... she's not going to be friendly
she's incredibly cocky and aggressive, seductive (you don't have to do anything with that if you don't want to of course), obnoxious and loud. she's either maliciously gleeful or an irritated brat ahahaa. she's probably annoyed that she's going up against some dragon pipsqueak, she was probably hoping to be up against some super buff & attractive lucario or something stupid like that (shes an idiot)
