Okay, so this book series is set in the middle of the 21st century. In the first book, a Native American family known as the Bronwyns -- supposedly the last of their kind -- are granted powers by an ancient alien that they adopted during its infancy. From there they have many adventures and go from ordinary human beings to deities and the saviors of the human race. And that's just in the first trilogy of books in the saga, which I have dubbed the "Earth Triad".
I also uploaded an entire ORIGINAL fancomic that's based on your web-comic, A Loonatic's Tale, and it's called Mandrake's Day Out (it was done in the Summer of 2012, about four years ago, and I didn't submit this until around this time last year). It's about 47 pages long and it includes some of the A Loonatic's TaleΒ characters, as well as a couple of characters from "The Bronwyn Chronicles Saga" and an original character I made up especially for A Loonatic's Tale. I also uploaded the first six pages of my second A Loonatic's Tale fancomic, "Redefining Sanity," and those six pages serve as the alternate beginning of "Redefining Sanity."Β
So, would you like a link for all of my stuff? I'll be more than happy to give you one if you need it.

Hello! Thanks for your interest in Noir! I've actually finished writing the novel and now in the process of looking for a literary agent, so hopefully the book will be available sometime soon.
The Charlie/Cheshire thing is an old plot thread that's been taken out. I originally wrote it where the story revolved around Charlie dying early in the narrative and became a noir himself, but ended up with another noir character that made the original idea unneeded. Very observant of you, though!
If you'd like more up-to-date news/stories for Noir, I got a Tumblr at beckkeep.com that includes more polished character profiles, some short stories, and little extra things.

I might try my webcomic as a novel, actually. Not 100% sure yet, but I'll give it a shot. It'll be in the vein of Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy or Discworld if I go that route.

I don't really do OCTs anymore mostly because I can't work with the tight deadlines. I'm an incredibly slow artist, so I'll take hours and hours to do something someone else can whip up in ten minutes.
As for art in general, I do intend to get back into it more (might do some parody paintings and tarot cards for both ALT and Noir). There's been some IRL shenanigans that sucked up my free time (including buying my first house!), but I definitely do want to draw more.

Hey there, Beck. Do you remember when I came up with the idea of the "Williams' Syndrome Symphony" in my fan-series 'Meet The Bronwyns' a couple of years back? Well, I just want to clear the air real quick and say that in my "Bronwyn Chronicles" book series my intent was to make the aforementioned noun the "Williams' Syndrome Symphony of Clearwater" to make sure that it doesn't get confused with the "Williams' Syndrome Symphony of Treaka," which is what I should have referred the noun as in my "Meet The Bronwyns" fan-series.

Strangely enough, I actually consider myself to be a recluse as well. And by the way, I want to show you my revised final version of my short story, "Mandrake's Day Out," featuring cameos by two of my Bronwyn Chronicles characters Frieda and Willis and a guest appearance by my Bronwyn Chronicles main character Mandrake.

Mandrake's Day Out (A.L.T. Fanfiction Redo)The story begins with Dr. Riley Zinc, an anorexic musician and supposed scientist, tossing and turning violently in his bed while having visions of his mother and father, Elizabeth and Cyrus Zinc. The nightmare starts with a routine visit to their graves during the afternoon, followed by dark clouds rolling in above him as a storm was on the horizon.
"These two people meant everything to me," he said to himself, shedding a tear as he looks down on their graves, "And now I'll never get to see them again." Just as he was about to walk away, the thunder bellowed, stopping him temporarily in his tracks before resuming his saunter home. Seconds later, two bolts of lightning struck the tombstones of his mother and father, blowing him several yards back in the process. As Riley slowly got back to his feet, he twitched and froze in fear, especially as his mother and father, both dressed in concert attire, rose from the ground, obviously to deliver a message.
