And he believed, like a fine wine that had been left untouched for many years, that his drawing skills would surely have matured and improved to the extent that there would no longer be the need for such trivialities such as a "grid" or "tracing paper" or even a "light box".

Alas, drawing skills unlike a fine wine laid to rest, can sour over time if not used at least regularly.

Merry Christmas Bren and Jane...be safe from danger in the new year 2017. Do you two have snow there for Christmas? I miss snow it makes everything seem better and that special quietness it has of hushing the world's noise is so much more better than klatter of normal daily life.Give the pets a squish for me as it feels strange not buying a Christmas gift for our pets that are not here this time.

That mp3 was awsome Bren...that makes me wish I had a tuba so I could play with you guys.Your every bit as good as the honour bands I played in when I was young.Do some more recordings and send them more often.
