Hmmm... Well I would prefer if you would keep the elements to a minimum, I don't really want to create to much of a 'Mary Sue' character.
I reckon that ice/thunder are both perfect elements, but maybe she can harness the magic of crystals instead of breathing them.

I'd imagine that breathing crystals in very hard on your throat!

And Dalika is such an awesome name!
