Brown hair with emerald green eyes. Presumably 176cm. His hair was split down the middle in high school however his bangs changed as he became an adult. Onodera will be often be seen with a blush, ranging from a blush of happiness to one of embarrassment and sexual pleasure. He dresses quite casually, both at home, work and with friends. He will wear formal at work parties or at social gatherings that require him to wear formal.

Onodera has a jaded personality due to his first love being unable to work out. Ever since that incident in high school his look on love began to change immensely.
However, after discovering that his boss was his high school lover that he'd been desperately trying to forget for all these years, he swore to himself that he would never fall in love with him again.
And by doing so, his reaction towards his boss is often done in a tsundere manner, however his outlook on life is one that can be compared to something realistically relatable. Even so, he is determined and pure-hearted with his intentions, and he will give his all in whatever he does. He does own a rather messy apartment, but under his boss/lover, he's starting to maintain a bit of a healthier lifestyle.

Jotaro finally got done with his research paper he so dreaded doing. It was to the point he never wanted to type anything ever again. The teen removed his hat for a moment to run a tired hand through his hair.
He left his place and stepped onto the street after his mother Holly squealed goodbye to him with a kiss on the cheek.
Hopefully he wouldn't run into any trouble while out. Holly urges him to be careful like she always did, ever since he was put in prison.
Perhaps to his luck, those thugs weren't back. They always seem to be around whenever he was out. Or they found he's been gone for a while and figured it was alright to start trouble. However, most of them would tremble when he even looks at them. About every thug around the town knows him and didn't dare challenge him. Most of them anyway. Maybe they were picking on some other kid minding their own business.

Ritsu continued to focus on his homework in his room, he actually didn't mind doing work, and he was pretty good at it too. Always achieving high marks, he especially loved to read and spent most of his time surrounded by book. His mother had for him from down the stairs, asking to make a quick trip to the convenience store for some items she'd forgotten. Ritsu complied and quickly left he house.
He'd be making his way to the convenience store when a group of thugs had blocked his path. Staring at the older and much tougher looks guys that compared to his slim frame, towered over him, he began to slowly back away to the safety of his house. Not realising a bunch of thugs were behind him as well, he bumped into a solid body before being shoved forward.
Tripping over his own feet he landed face first on the ground. Hearing the thugs snigger at how pathetic he was, Ritsu decided to curl into a ball and pray that whatever they were going to do, would be over quickly.

Jotaro took the liberty of sticking a cigar between his lips and lit it. He let the smoke flow out along with some stress through the
small gap in his mouth. He hadn’t smoked in a good week. He needed to release his stress he had held that whole time. Taking this time
now was refreshing for him.
He closed his eyes to concentrate on thinking about whatever his mind conjured up as he mindlessly wondered the streets.
The teen wouldn't be the one to get into anyone's business, but this particular group thought it was funny to pester him.
Now they found it funny too pester someone who is clearly weaker than them? These guys are truly pathetic.
"Yare yare daze, didn't I already teach you guys a lesson?" he muttered in a casual tone. One that was certainly unfitting for the situation.
It caught the thugs' attention as they all faced him. "You try to take my money last time, now you try to beat someone else up where I can see it?
You guys are in my way.' he continued through a cloud of smoke.
"Shit, it's this Kujo kid again! I thought he moved or something." One sputtered out. The rest stiffened up. These guys were well over their
twenties. Jotaro was only 18...19 at the oldest. These guys were clearly afraid of this guy, not only for his look, but his reputation.
"This guy beat up armed gang members and put them in the hospital a few months ago. I heard It was like
this kid was possessed or something. He beat them up without touching them!" one pointed out.
"Beat it!" Jotaro ordered firmly. That one word sent them darting off out of sight leaving the poor boy on the ground.

Ritsu kept curled up as the stranger moved in. He heard the bad guys move away and timidly looked up at the other male. Slowly he stood up and stepped back. "T-Thank you" He stuttered, still slightly scared. He heard what the others had said about this guy, beating up armed gang members... "Those guys... just came out of no where and started beating me.." he explained before wincing and holding his ribs. "M-My name's Ritsu by the way." He said with a small smile. "If you hadn't of showed up...I don't know what would've happened." He admitted, feeling a bit more confident. Even after he found out about the bad things this guy had done, he still felt like he wanted to get to know him. "C-can I treat you to lunch sometime?" he asked, shyly looking into his eyes.

Jotaro kept his calm composure as he looked down at the other male. His body relaxed seeing this guy was no threat. He had enough dealing with aggressive thugs. "Uh...alright..." just as long as he doesn't have to pay.

Ritsu gave a small smile and nodded his head. "There's a small place not too far from here." He announced before starting to head off. "Do you need to be anywhere at the moment?" He asked

He shook his head. He was honestly just wondering around aimlessly.
He does this almost everyday when he found nothing better to do.

Ritsu smiled before heading off in the direction of the small restaurant. "T-Those guys back there... seemed to know you?" He said, glancing back at Jotaro. "You also seem to get into fights... not that I'm complaining, you saved my ass back there, so I'm grateful for that." He quickly said. "Ah... you don't have to answer that, i-it's your personal business."

"Yeah...I got into a scrap with 'em a few months back. I put their ring leader in the hospital."
He shrugs casually. "I don't intend to get into trouble...they have problems." Well,
not exactly Jotaro is a very rough guy- on the outside that is. He is kind and means well really.
He just couldn't express that too well. People just take that the wrong way.

"Well... I think you're a good guy." Ritsu admitted, looking over his shoulder to smile at Jotaro. "You just happen to be in the wrong places at the wrong times." He said as he entered a small restaurant. "The foods pretty good in here." He said, walking up to a waitress and asking for a table for two. The waitress led them towards a table where he took a seat.

He shrugs at that and kept his hands in his pockets. He wasn't wrong; Jotaro only asks for a quiet life.

He looked around the exterior finding the place pretty comfortable. He still looked as stiff as a board until h sat at the table they were led to. Then, he finally relaxed.

Ritsu had thought about this for a while now.... After ending is engagement his parents were still on his back. So he decided he would move away, somewhere that would take a while to find him. While moving into the new town, he passed by an orphanage, and something in him had led him to the decision he was doing today. He was now taking a tour through the orphanage to look at the different children. One of these kids were about to become his family, he just had to choose the right one.

The person showing him around the orphanage gave him little descriptions about each of the children they saw as she gave him the tour, seeming to have mainly positive things to say about them save for the small amount of trouble makers. As they walked, she stopped near a room and motioned for him to come see, pointing towards a young girl that seemed busy with a drawing of some sort. "This young one here goes by Maria, we took her in when she was around three or so, her birth parents being unable to take proper care of her. She's eleven now, and she's rather shy, but when you get past that, she's very sweet and does her best to listen to adults." As the owner talked with Ritsu, Maria looked up to see what was going one and, upon spotting the other, squeaked abit and ducked her gaze back down, hiding behind her light pinkish-brown hair to try and go back to drawing.

Ritsu smiled sweetly at the young girl. He turned towards the man and asked if he could have some time alone with her, to get to know her. The man agreed and left the room. Slowly Ritsu walked towards the young girl and kneeled down next to her. Watching he draw he rested one elbow on the table and leaned his head on it. "Hello there." He whispered kindly. "My names Ritsu... what's yours?" He asked quietly, trying to sound as nice as possible so he didn't scare the young girl as she already seemed so shy.

She had noticed a shadow coming closer to her at first, but didn't try to question it, figuring it was just one of the other caretakers checking up on her. When the voice she heard was unfamiliar, she got rather nervous as she slowly looked over.The man that was just outside her room...This had her curious. "A-ah...H-h-hello..." Her voice was abit small, but she did her best to talk to him. "My name..?I-it's Maria, mister...Are...A-are you going to adopt someone today..?" Asking this, she placed down the crayon she was drawing with and slowly moved to face the older better, head tilted curiously.

▶ Ever been down in the dumps and literally wish for a great paying job to come your way? Most people do but not in this case. It all started back when Hizoko's parents kicked him out onto the streets with only a few dollars to his name. After a few years in Literature within college, the black-haired male set his eyes on becoming a famous writer of sorts. Unfortunately, no positions were open during this time of year so they threw the male into the manga department. And today was his first day too. Of course, he dressed up in regular clothes, assuming the building was filled with casuals.
▶ Trying not to be late for meeting his new boss, Hizoko scarfed down his breakfast quick and took the train to head to work. The male dashed into the building and took the elevator up to the floor of his department, making his way over to their area. It was... Odd to see everyone so peppy and minding their own business but he blew it off for now. His blue orbs fell on the male at the way back desk and he waved to the other, smiling brightly. He was quickly shown around then returned to the Emerald department, sitting down in the empty desk next to Kisa. Hizoko slowly introduced himself to the others before turning to the young brown-haired male, "H-Hello there. I'm Hizoko Unio... it's nice to meet you."

Onodera had heard that a new editor would be joining the manga department. No other information had been given to them, just his name. This came as a surprise to Onodera as not a lot of people sign up to edit manga.
Onodera turned to the new editor and gave him a bright smile. "Hello, I'm Onodera Ritsu, nice to meet you also." He replied. Onodera study the male in front of him, like himself, he didn't look like someone who would be interested in editing manga. "If you don't mind my asking... what made you choose the manga department?" He asked, really curious to know the answer.

▶ Hizoko listened to the other carefully, giving a bright smile from the other's introduction. However, the next set of words made him raise his brows and blush from embarrassment... ain't that a nice story? May as well give Onodera some type of explanation. His nerves kick in slightly as Hizoko's voice faults slightly to show that he's nervous, "Ah... funny story. I was put here since there wasn't any other jobs in Literature... but I'm sure I can manage and keep up with you all." He shifts his eyes to the side slightly as the black-haired male ponders how the work is around here.

Onodera chuckled at the story. What a coincidence that the same thing that happened to him would happen to another. I guess this was the only way they could get editors into the manga department. "When I first started working here, I had originally enrolled for literature. However I was mistakenly put into the manga department." He explained. "The work here is tough, especially when an author is behind the due date, but I'll help you, I'm sure you'll do fine." He said. Hizoko looked like a hard and dependable worker.

▶ The chuckle made the black-haired male raise a brow until he heard the words the other said. So something like this happened to him? Well... guess they both got the short end of the stick since they're not even in Literature. But seeing as the other was open to help him out made Hizoko smile brightly, the nerves leaving him since Onodera didn't seem like one to behave like most guys he encountered. "Ah... so you and I both tried for Literature and ended up here. Least I'm not alone..." he said with a light laugh after. "If that's the case, I'll just try super hard to make sure my parts done either early or on time. But I appreciate the offer to help, Onodera." The male quickly fell into his thoughts before looking over at the boss of the Emerald department before looking back at the brown-haired male and sweatdropped, "Hey... is Takano as rough of a boss as the others around here were saying? I really don't wanna disappoint him nor you and the others here."

Onodera was happy to hear the determination in the shorter males voice, with that determination, he would surely make it through the Emerald department. The brunette laughed nervously as he also took a glance at their boss. "Well... let's just put it this way, anything you've possibly heard about him, it most likely to be true." He said with a little cringe. "But, you can't help but admire him, he works really hard and is amazing at what he does, you could never ask for a better boss." He admitted honestly. "You should visit my place after work, I'll help run you through your new author." He said. Onodera thought for a moment, since this guy was in the same position as he was, he probably has no idea about anything to do with shoujo manga. "Would you like some tips that I did to fit into this job?"

▶ Quietly listening to the brunette, he sweatdrops lightly as Hizoko was sort of hoping the rumors weren't true but what else can you expect? However, the rest of the words were reassuring enough that he was going to be okay around here. And admiration? So long as Hizoko doesn't fell for his own boss, admiration would be easy since he admired many people. Being asked to visit Onodera's home though threw him off as his entire face flushed from embarrassment as he nodded softly to accept the offer. "Ah sure... I'll appreciate the help, Onodera. And if you can... maybe the tips will help me out."

Onodera was glad that the new worker was confiding in him. Thinking back to when we was first assigned here, he thought of all the things he did. "Well.. that first thing that would help, is to read as many shojou mangas, that our company has edited as you can." He admitted. He glanced down at the draft manuscript he was working on. "I can also given you some example manuscripts that I have finished, and explain to you why certain things need to be changed." He offered.

▶ "Read the mangas, huh? I think I can do that," he says while writing this down in a notepad he brought along with him. But if reading would help him out working here, Hizoko was willing to do whatever it took to show he could belong here. Looking at what Onodera was working on, his blue orbs attempted to scan over everything before answering. "Ah... if you can, I'd appreciate that. It's better to learn hands on than to be thrown right into the middle of things and Ritsu seemed like a capable person who would be great to learn from.

Ritsu smiled. "I think you're going to do just fine." He said sincerely. Rising from his seat, he made his way to the vending machine and bought himself and the new employer and coffee. He came back to the cubical and handed the coffee to the shorter male. "Here, welcome to the job!" He said, while talking a seat. He glanced at their boss who seemed to be in a worse mood than usual. "There's not much you can do today... Takano, our boss, is having a bit of difficulty today with some of the authors. We might have to wait until tomorrow to get you assigned." He confessed. He thought about what the newbie could do around here until he is given an author. "Hmm." He thought. He looked around on his desk and saw a couple of shoujo mangas he had edited. "Here." He said, while handing them to him.

▶ It was good to hear that he'd be fine around here and Hizoko watched carefully as Onodera went off to get some coffee. Humming softly, he awaits for the other to return and starts to draw in his notepad on another page. Once Ritsu returns with the coffee and hands it to Hizoko, he gives a bright smile before speaking up, "Ah... thank you, Onodera. I appreciate the warm welcome." The black-haired male slowly turns to see what the brunette was looking at and frowns at Takano's mood. The poor thing didn't appear to be okay and it bothered Hizoko slightly but he gave a nod to what Onodera said. Seeing as the other handed him mangas though, he quickly took them and looked at the other, "Ah... you want me to read these, right?"
