How would you review shunsui's bankai? What do you like and think of it?

I saw 13, it was good and funny. I myself... am so disappointed with Shunsui's bankai. The 1st attack doesn't happen until Shunsui's hurt. The 2nd and 3rd attacks essentially don't do anything. The 4th was pretty good, but it still failed. Now they have this ridiculous thing with Nanao's sword, and this fight was one of the worst this arc to me. 3/13 score.
