I don't think there is anyway they could pass that law... I mean even if they REALLY REEEEEEAAALLLY wanted too it would be impossible to find piece of art like EVERYWHERE and take it down or burn it what ever... plus so what of we do still make it? What are they gonna do? Arrest us for drawing?
When you think about it that way, it really is quiet impossible.

Ha but really like say on da alone over maybe 600 people post new fan art everyday... I REALLY don't see them wasting there time and money on tracking that many people down, even if its only like 200 its still such a huge waste.
and thats on this site alone, where talking about alllll the websites, and crap that is pretty much everywhere... I mean they would have to work around the clock all day everyday for decades.. and thats not counting every new one that gets posted.
Anyway all I'm saying is that I'm almost 100% sure they would never do it.

If they did then you can keep drawing all you want and say FUCK YOU to the government for wasting so much money on something so insignificant as people posting a picture of there fan art.
I don't draw fan art much, but if they did make that law go through, I would start posting them just to see what the fuck they would do about it.
