To do it on devart, you simply need to submit the file like you would any other file for a deviation. Precisely the same, except you will need to submit a preview image along with it. It really doesnt matter what it is, but you need some sorta preview image.

Bigger the file, the longer the upload time. Especially since the devart servers are probably incredibly taxed with uploads anyway. So expect to be waiting a while.
