# About me

I am an artist specialising in repainting dolls, particularly bratz dolls. I use high quality watercolour pencils, pastels and they are finished using good quality sealants, that will withstand 'normal use' Each doll is repainted and redressed with handmade outfits using a variety of materials, jewellery and metals. I enjoy repainting Bratz dolls as i find there original 'makeup' garish. Each doll I create seems to take on a personality. If i do a character doll, a replica of a famous person I try to capture an essence of that character, as the mouldings are already present, creating a true likeness is a challenge but I see likeness, hope you do too.
