I finally found out that this place exsisted, and I had to burrow a little hole for myself here. It seems that under these same lights of illustrations is when we first met, and became friends, even though I think I said something rude to you [ I was in high school, apparently I was an uber bitch then ].

Looking back on this, it makes me nostalgic, and seeing the changes that we've both gone through, I think it's amazing that either of us held on, or that we're continuing to do so even now. While I'm still slightly envious of your talent, we've both come to recognize that it's not so much as being better than someone, but just having a different style -

although I still wish my work was as refined.

You have a confidence in the "line" of your drawings that foretells greatness as an artist. You see things differently. You draw different forms. I'm trying to say that I can see that you have a broader vision when it comes to observing life, and that power of observation will take you far. Keep up the good work!!!
