I use MS Paint too!
A trick- after you do the circle tool, draw the hair first.
So that way, you can make it look really smooth and seem you did it without help if you do it swell enough!
This is something someone told me... With limbs, make them angles, not curves. it'll look more human and less noodle.

You may have a lot of potential!
It wasn't easy for me too.I may be able to draw good but still..i'm not that popular.What am trying to say is that you need to takeΒ little more effort with the stuff you're making,if you really think you can become popular by (you say)''doodling'' those kinds of stuff it can't happen bro.
