So figured after all this time it was time to update this. LOL And yes that is a goat in my Profile Picture. That is Yosho my 17 year olds FFA (Future Farmers of America) project goat she raised this year. He photobombed me as I attempted a selfie.
I am an at home Mom of two Autistic daughters (one of which is disabled) and a step daughter (she is 24 so not really in the house at the moment). Both of my daughters are on the Autism spectrum so my life is rather.....chaotic. Because of that I both spend a lot of time trapped in reality but yet have gotten very good at thinking outside the box. I have studied both Vet. Tech and Ag. Ed. with a specialization in Equines and genetics with my minor having been Psychology. (There is so much irony in that with my current situation)
This past year (actually a little more now) has been hard with some earth shaking personal events from struggling with my marriage to deaths in my family leaving me to step up in ways no child should have to till they are much older then I am. (And I am no Spring Chicken)
I was never one for movies or TV short of early morning and Saturday cartoons as a child. Rick Hunter was my first crush, so you can guess what my intro to Anime was at the age of 9 when it showed at 7 in the morning. Since then through friends and my Husband I have been introduced to the world of Anime and fallen in love with it. I am to put is in my best friends words a Girly Girl Fangirl when it comes to them, which is funny cause normally I very much am not. I am a country, running the woods, guns, bows, blades, spears and staffs type of personality. (Yah I am weird and have just learned to accept it.) I have in the last year gotten back into my long love affair with horses and now own two, an Off the track Thoroughbred and a rescued Morab (Morgan x Arabian cross).
As my pictures show I enjoy attending many of the local Renaissance Festivals (we have 3 here around the state). There I pay homage to my Celtic and Celtic/Gaul roots as I am of Irish/Manx/Swiss blood. I just this year got to go to my first Con and loved it. My intention is to get some better Cosplay costumes together and with luck I will get pictures of their development up here.

As you can guess from all this I can be rather scatter brained. I apologize now for that I really do try not to be. But in my trade as a Equine Rehabber I have taken a LOT of abuse and helmet or not it takes its tole I am afraid on the mind as well as the body.
I look forward to hopefully getting to meet some fun and interesting people here and am open to random chats or running messages. My art skills are slowly returning to be as it dust them off and beat the rust from them but in time I hope to get some more work up. At the moment all my art is by hand, funny cause I would at the moment in the Computer/Web world but have not had a chance to catch up on the changes in the 5 year absence from it.

So I still rely heavily on at least a base outline but I am getting better. So thought I would finally put this on my page. :) I think it would be fun and a great way to get to know others.

Not really sure anyone will want to do this with my yet LOL. I am still not very good and when I do not actually use a base I still use images or photographs I find on the net as designs to follow. (No I do not trace but instead grid over to replicate if I cannot eyeball replicate the image.) But thought it did not hurt to offer as I am slowly getting better.
