No I don't think it's rude: a lot of artists and photographers enhance or change what they actually see to make it look more impressive, imaginative, soulful, striking etc etc. You could say yes, it's what it looked like to me, it's my interpretation of the scene (by which you're implying: and that's what makes it unique). They are great pictures Jack; keep 'em coming!
