yup..you can do PvP in the game, but also Battlegrounds. I'm really a Battleground bitch xD..I love it!!
There are different battlegrounds in the game.

one for example, you have to capture each others flag, Horde has to capture the Alliances flag, and also other way around. it's 10 alliances vs. 10 Horde in that game.
The faction that scores 3 points wins....it;'s so cool xD...I love it..ghehe.

well..if you both are on the same server...and the server is not a PvP server..then you can not attack each other. only in a duel.
but Horde and Alliance can't talk with each other.
when Alliance would say something..like 'hey how are you'
a horde char would see it as: sjadaiwohsjapj

something like that.
