I don't mind changing the topic. :]
Well, my favourite APH characters are: Poland, Japan, Hungary, UK, Belarus, Ukraine, Liechtenstein and some others; however, I don't always accept the way they are treated.
Also, I watch one deviantARTist who made her own APH OCs connected with Yugoslavia, because her drawing style is similar to Himaruya's. However, I can't say yet, which of them I like most.

The deviant you are talking about, is it ? My favourites are Prussia and Russia (don't know which one I like the most). I love their history (actually I love every country's history from stone age to modern era). England And South Italy are somewhere among the favourites, along side with Turkey and Denmark. Belarus is freaking awesome, Poland is fabulous, France is being France, Monaco and Belgium look nice, can't wait to see them in comics or anime. I don't detest any character, but I admit, I'm not very fond of Canada. I find his "invisibility" more annoying then cute.

Poor Canada. The whole "Who?" thing drives me mad.
Prussia and Russia... I don't hate them, but... How to explain it, fans expect something else from them than me.

I remember the first episode with Canada made me laugh. Eventually the "who" grew more and more boring until it became annoying. As for Prussia I want him to continue being awesome, and Russia being yandere. I don't particularly like them in any relationship.... It's Monday, that means new Hetalia episode... XD a random fact.

Actually, I stopped watching new episodes. From the new season, I saw only those where Poland appears. I don't know, propably I have Hetalia crisis. :/

Everyone has them. I had couple of "crisis" in past. Example - Code Geass. I finished first season in three days, and failed the chemistry test, but that's the other story. And then suddenly, I felt like I didn't want to watch in anymore. More than two weeks had passed before I started the new season.

Well, but...
My crisis is more like a disappointment than lack of will. I found out anime wasn't that amazing as I used to think, and the fans started to annoy me with their "arts".
And some artists I relied on have "a lack of ideas".

Yeah, the fan bases tend to destroy the originals. Fortunately there are still few artist with great imagination and without tendency to turn every historical moment into slash....

I don't even need great imagination from fans, just a broad perspective. A courage to draw characters in different clothes and holding different things in their hands. A courage to draw someone crying ("everybody cries"). I heard many fans couldn't even imagine person X with tears and all of their comments were, "OMG why?".
