I'm sorry if I jumped on the wrong comment. I just read the part where you said your life is more important then this website and you never had any problems with previous commissions. Does this mean that you forgot about me? You at one point said you'd do a request for making me wait so long and I told you so long as you can get it done, no request was needed. If you feel you still can't do commission I requested, then the refund would be appreciated.
I'm going to note you as well to see if you are still up to the task.

Commissions are a form of work for many artist. Let me give you an example, you need your car fixed, so you take it to a machanic, and they fix it. Now what do you do after they have performed a service for you? You pay them. Plan and simple. You may not like the person, they may have been a little rude, but you pay them. Because they have taken time and effort to do you a service. Drawings do not take 5 minutes to do, they takes hours or even days. Would you not pay someone who is working for you? Would you make them work so hard them give them a big middle finger as their payment, because that is what I see you are doing to Iwonn.

No, iwonn was rude and nasty. You would not pay anyone for anything if they act disgusting about it. Her attitude does. Not make me want to pay. And I live in America, if you get your car fixed and don't pay them, they keep your car. This is different being she is still in her world of delusion. Again, if she truly wanted to get to me, she would have been respectful enough to do so.

I'm sorry to jump in, but do you know how the actual world works? You pay for the service provided. You can't just not pay a company just because one person isn't nice according to your standings. If you go by that opinion, everyone could just turn around and say "No I will not pay for this sandwich I just ate because the employee who handed me the sandwich got angry"
It doesn't work like this, I am very sorry but it doesn't. provided you with the requested commissions, she took your word, trusted you and did all the work without payment upfront. Even if you didn't want to scam her, now you have. And she will most probably have difficulties trusting commissioners from this point on. Only because you couldn't take the time to reply to her notes/comments and when you finally did you didn't think about her feelings at all.

That is how the world works and no, she didn't care about how I felt either nor did she believe anything I said. After what she did, I will not and refuse to pay her the rest as I was. You can see it as a scam all you want to. I really have no care for it anymore. She jumped on her high horse and pointed her finger at me and as I told her, not that it is your business because it is not, her redness will get her no where and she and I discussed this. If she was so very polite and professional she would have discussed this privately.
She didn't, she thought it would get her somewhere by having a tantrum. And sending you and her lackeys to attack me over it. I live in America, no she would have not got the rest of the money with such attitude. Nastiness gets you nothing but a kick out the door no matter what. She should not have assumed I would not pay her after i told her several times that I would. And she did not wait two months. We spoke a week and a half ago, and she said she will wait. Oh said okay. She was the one to get impatient and chose to not trust my word. I did not betray her, she betrayed me.
If she apologized for something so unsightly, I will change my mind.
But again, she never took how I felt either. It isn't just about her.........not to be rude...but it truly is not your business. I am not to dwell in what others think of me. Not at all.

No, I didn't come to argue with you at all. I was intrigued cause of Iwonn's journal. Then I read the comment on your page and I just wanted to add my opinion on it. Whether you scammed her or not. I do have to be honest with you, right now it does look like you scammed her, seeing as she was the only one providing evidence (no, I'm not saying you need to provide evidence to me right now, you can provide the evidence to the artist)

Fine, you are correct on this. I assumed and should not have. With the way you had commented about arguing, I had not thought you were. So it confused me a bit. I understand she brought out her evidence however I do not find it right to try and deface someone over an assumption. My mother truly did cancel her invoice not knowing what it was. I would have gladly accepted it if they told me before taking upon themselves to delete it. That did make me look bad but as I explained this, she thought I was simply scamming and lying.
That alone, did make me think of her respect towards me. I can not simply go by something I am not fully aware of. I believe in others unless I have been proven otherwise. I had thought she was nice. I truly felt betrayed. This is why I am being so off about this.

With the whole arguing thing, it's just something I say. Don't worry too much about it (perhaps a British thing, idk)
I also understand how you didn't like the outcome of this, whether you scammed her or whether she's making it up. But one thing is certain: she worked for you and provided you with the requested commissions, before you made the full payment (I only now realise you did pay half the money upfront, my apologies) you do however still owe her 60 odd Dollars.
Look at it this way: if you commissioned an artist, you paid the full amount and then they simply don't draw anything for you, then they ignore you (or simply not answer their messages, which can easily be mistaken as ignoring someone), how would you feel? You probably feel like they scammed you. Maybe you don't, maybe you're like me and think to yourself how they most probably have a very busy life (I've waited 9 months for a chibi once and I'm currently waiting for another 9 months for a comic, both artists never contacted me nor read their notes) but it's also very normal and reasonable of a person to assume someone scammed them.

I do know the feeling. I waited two years for one of my commissions from annria 2002. But I was patient about it. She said to trust and I did. I however would not have taken that long to pay her. I did in fact have money but needed to make an emergency purchase from my portion that was unseen.(Had to buy lorazepam.)(It is a medication for seizures) I had no intent on not paying her. I told her I would and she agreed. A week later, and this. I get money on a biweekly basis and if a family member uses money on paypal and then some it becomes difficult to continuously transfer money to use. Here it takes between 7-10 business days depending on the bank. I use Bancorp. It takes forever.
I would still appreciate an apology from her. She gave me her terms and this is mine. I don't know how to trust her anymore. I still feel betrayed. She just wasn't very nice. Even when she asked, it wasn't very nice.

First off, I am not the only one that yes my account. It is a family account, so this cancel ShIt confused the Hell out of me when my mother told me someone sent an invoice. My fan and I use this account for ebay amazon and the likes.
