Hey, hey, don't fret, bud... Over at the NS FC, we had this conversation, and the posts are really reassuring. I could give you a link, if you wanted.

I'm not very good at this kind of thing, but... Sakura obviously loves and cares for Naruto more than she does Sasuke, right? If she didn't then wouldn't she be siding with her precious Sasuke-kun?

No, she's doing it for Naruto's sake. Sasuke's, too, but in the way you would put down your pet animal because it has rabies, she's trying to save Sasuke because she hates and pities what he's become.

Even if Sakura DID still love Sasuke, the Sasuke she ''loves'' isn't there anymore; He's long dead. Sakura wants to take the burden off of Naruto's shoulders. By killing her ''true love.'' I think that says a lot, don't you?

My advice: Don't bother with the fanslated interview and stick to the manga - the only thing that matters - which is evolving positively.

(P.S., in the interview, Kishi also said that during the confession he was writing Sakura as an HONEST girl. )

I've got faith in Kishi. Whenever I feel down, here are the main things I think of:

-Yamato's speech
-Sakura about to feed Naruto ramen
-How close they've bonded and how Sakura's gone from hating Naruto to, well, loving him.

So what if Sakura loves Sasuke? The Sasuke she "loves" is gone, and she knows that. That's why she's trying to kill him.

Even the Sasuke she thinks she loves doesn't exist. Back in chapter 3, at the bench scene, Sakura thought it was Sasuke telling her those things she wanted to hear when it was really Naruto who was telling her. She fell in love with an illusion, and it's really Naruto that she loves.

Sakura's not going to go running off with a criminal.

Of course she considered his feelings, but what's more important is his health and safety. She sees that and she's only looking out for him.

well naruto has a reason though i mean she was always mean to him in the beginning and always saying how much she loved sasuke while she said how much she hated naruto and how annoying he was and naruto has accepted that sasuke will always be one she loves so i doubt sakura could convince naruto that she loves him its like impossible.

That's exactly why Naruto believes Sakura could never love him. He was stuck in the past the whole time and failed to notice Sakura's developing feelings for him - She even barely noticed. That's why, when Naruto had those flashbacks of Sakura crushing on Sasuke, she was 12 in all of them. Not the Sakura she is now. Only ONE of them showed her in Shippuden form, but there, she wasn't fangirling.
