Don't worry, You'll improve! I've been at Pixel art for eight months probably, and I've improved a lot since my first one.
I still find Digital very difficult, so it may take some time, but people learn at different paces, and I have a feeling you'll improve a lot in just one year! ^_^

Okay, thanks! And I'm on a tablet and doing all of that with my fingers, so it's really hard.

Yeah, but you'll get used to it. I use a mouse, because it erases mistakes quiet a bit easier, and on mouse and tablet, I still make a ton of msitakes. Plus, I have a shaky hand.
