I know how much it hurts you're not the only one who is suffering. I'm suffering over the loss of my cat Sara. She's in a better place now and we have to stick together no matter who we are and how we feel, we are all in this together forever and in our hearts.

What I wouldn't give to turn back the clock just to see you again. Memories of you that were once recent became distant when you died. It truly was the end of an era and the beginning of a dark new one.

It still hurts. You'll never know what your friendship meant to me. I've never known grief like this. It's unbearable. Sometimes it still doesn't feel real, even after more than a year. I don't want it to be real. I want to wake up from this horrible nightmare.

She lost her battle to cancer last May. She had been fighting cancer on and off since she was 12 years old since her first diagnosis in December of 2001. She beat it four times before being diagnosed as terminal last April. She lived for another four weeks after her diagnosis before passing away at the age of 24. She had fought cancer for half her life.
