No more than three characters. that's pretty much it. I can draw fan art (just tell me which movie/cartoon/anime they're from) or OC. Portraits, scenario, and pin-up style (even lewd) are okay. NSFW is doable but I prefer not to.

It's easier for me to go through notes because I will know exactly where to look when I have to go back for links or references. If I have enough detail on the request, it's gonna be just a single note.
