This almost goes beyond mere "trolling." This is just outright self-delusion, living in her own little fantasy world.

She posted work which were mostly not her own (even claiming otherwise on some Bruce Timm storyboard art), it's been taken down now (not just here, but on at least one other account of hers), and now she's acting like she's the victim?
She's brought this all on herself. The situation and its circumstances were always in her control, and she's upset now because reality intervened and collectively told her to grow up?
If all that is enough to get her depressed, then it means one of two things: 
So, I don't know exactly what your expectations are by telling us this instead of letting her speak for herself, but these facts remain:
She screwed up.
It was her own fault.
Advice and warnings were given.
How she saw those giving the advice and warnings was entirely her choice of perception.
What happens next is entirely up to her.
There are several options open to her, and if she chooses to just make another account and carry on posting other people's work as she has, nothing will ever change for her, ever.
In short, my advice to her at this point: Take the hint and get over yourself.

People aren't banned specifically unless the copyright holder files a complaint through the help desk. :c
