Idk how to work the touch part cuz when I try it doesnt work :/ either way its really easy to use the touch part doesnt mess up while youre using the pen and yeah I see inking is gonna kick my butt:/

I've been pretty busy, my computer got a bad virus so i had to wipe the harddive and start over. I've been reintstalling stuff and fixing things and trying to remember all my bookmarks. Not fun. I just got the sound working properly.
I also failed my drving test. Miserably.
So i haven't been a very happy camper lol. But now that my computer is getting back to normal i'm starting to feel better.
WHAT AM I DOING THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH ANYTHING
Basically i'm trying to tell you that i'm planning on doing/finishing some references to put up before break is over.
I'd love it if you could draw some of my characters from the Guardians story C:

Im sorry chika D: that really sucks but you get to try as many times as you need too. im hoping my computer will last cuz its at the point of dying any day now V.V hopefully I will have cosplay photos and digitaly colored art up! im so excited xD cant wait till sunday x3

I have to wait 2 weeks so i don't get to drive over the break
I'm pretty sure this computer is older than me lol. The harddrive has been wiped at least 5 times lol. I'm suprized it's still goin.
I hope your computer will be ok though :c Do you know what's wrong with it?

Its broken in the side corner so the top flops around but no new laptop :/ that's the only thing but I'm extremely happy with what I got so far right now so its whatever but sooner or later its going to completely break the cords that connect the screen to the keyboard

And I have to install mine too my stepmom wants me to install it on her laptop though :/ but I want it on mine so I can use it when I want without have to ask. I'm searching up tutorials on how to do line art sketching and color skin or whatever. so hopefully soon i'll have one drawing up. If you have any tips let me know :]

Uhh tips?
-Depending on what type of picture you're going for, thinner lineart is might be better, and some people like to use a color very close to black but not black
-Layers are your best friend. EVER.
-Save every 2 minutes
-blend blend blend
-Pick out different colors and shades of colors ahead of time and put dots to the side so you can use the picker tool and use them
-textures are awesome but make sure you have permission because some people are stingy with their textures lol
-don't worry about staying in the lines, go back and erase outside the lines later
-Lineless looks awesome but is near impossible lol

Those are all pretty obvious lol i suck at tips. Sorry. I don't really know what i'm doing when it comes to this i just go at it lol
What program you using? I recommend Paint Tool Sai if you're looking.

you are helpful thx and I wanted paint tool sai and I asked for it for christmas to go with my tablet but my stepmom didnt get it cuz the tablet came with software and she didn't know that correl painter is crap -.- so idk what im going to do since I cant use gimp my computer will completely stop working -.- trust me I tried before and everything just crashed

Correl isn't so bad! Any program can be great if you learn to use it well. I suggest looking up tutorials and such specific to correl. And Sai is only 60$ so maybe you could save up if you still want it later?
